Home / Ad Partners
I do run ads. Just not for everybody.
A small number of partners at a time, by application. If I take you on my name is attached to the result, so I'd rather turn work down than spend your money badly.

of businesses mystery-shopped never replied to an online lead at all. Not slowly. Never.

is what ad spend returns when it lands in an inbox nobody is watching.
Arithmetic
That's the whole reason this is an application instead of a checkout button. Ads don't create demand out of nothing — they turn up the volume on whatever you've already built. Turn up the volume on a leak and you just lose money faster.
Plain terms, no lock-in.
Nothing clever hidden in the structure. You should be able to explain this deal to your spouse in one sentence.
Campaign management
$997/mo
You already film, or you're happy to shoot what I tell you to shoot.
- Campaigns built, launched and managed on your account
- Audiences, targeting and budget handled weekly
- Pixel, tracking and lead routing wired to your follow-up
- Creative direction — exactly what to film, and the hook
- Monthly numbers tied to booked jobs, not impressions
You supply the footage. I tell you precisely what to shoot.
Management & creative
$1,997/mo
You'd rather hand me a phone and get back to running the place.
- Everything in Campaign management
- 6 new ad creatives a month, scripted, directed and edited
- I run the shoot — you show up and do your job on camera
- Winners refreshed before they burn out, losers cut fast
- Hooks rewritten off the numbers, not off a feeling
Ad creative alone runs $100–$500 a video at agency rates. Six is the honest limit of what one person can make well.
Ad account, pixel, conversion tracking, audiences and the first creative batch. Month one is three times the work of a normal month.
Paid on your own card, on your own account, never through me. Below $1,500 there isn't enough data to optimise anything.
Leave whenever. You keep the ad account, the pixel, the audiences and every piece of creative I made.
Agencies charge $500–$1,500/mo to run ads when you hand them finished creative, and $1,500–$4,000/mo once creative direction is part of it. Full in-house production starts around $4,000.
I sit deliberately at the bottom of the band that includes real creative work, because I don't have an office or an account team to pay for. What I can't do is pretend that producing ads properly is a side task. It's the whole job, and anyone quoting you a few hundred a month for it is either giving you templates or about to disappear.
Not sure you're ready for ads yet?Say so on a call. If the honest answer is "fix the site first," I'll tell you that instead of taking your money.
Book 30 minutesFive things. All of them are dealbreakers.
Read these honestly. If you fail one, apply anyway and say so — some are quick to fix, and I'd rather help you fix it than run ads over the top of it.
- 01A site that already convertsMine or somebody else's, I don't care, and I don't care what industry you're in. But 53% of people bounce off a page that takes more than three seconds to load, and every one of those is a click you paid for.
- 02Leads get answered fastAutomated or human, either works. Responding in five minutes instead of thirty makes you 21 times more likely to qualify that lead. Thirty minutes is not "pretty quick." It's a different business outcome.
- 03At least $1,500 a month in ad spend, for 90 daysThat's the floor, and it's a real one. Below it there isn't enough data in the account to optimise against, so you'd be paying me to guess.
- 04Room to take the workIf twenty more jobs a month would break you, we fix capacity before we turn on the tap. Ads that generate work you can't deliver buy you one-star reviews.
- 05You'll get on camera, or hand me footageThe ads that work in this market are you, your hands, your work, your voice. If neither is possible, I'm the wrong person and I'll say so on the call.
Two minutes. I read every one myself.
You'll hear back either way, including if the answer is that you don't need ads yet. That happens more often than you'd think and it's a free answer.
Apply for a partner spot
Takes about two minutes. I read every one of these myself and I'll tell you either way, including if the answer is that you don't need ads yet.
Not sure which tier fits?
Ring the phone. Thirty minutes and I'll tell you straight which tier you need, or that ads aren't your problem yet and you should keep your money.
