Hosting, updates, security, backups, and small changes when your prices shift. On Growth it also covers the CRM licence and keeping every automation alive. An agency running this same stack charges $297–$797 a month.
The ones I get asked most
Why not just use a twenty-dollar website builder?
You can, and for some businesses that's genuinely the right call. The difference isn't the pages, it's everything behind them. A template gives you a brochure. This gives you copy that filters price shoppers, a booking flow that takes a deposit, and follow-up that fires whether or not you're holding your phone.
How long does it take?
Two to three weeks from the kickoff call for most builds, assuming I've got your services, pricing and photos. Growth System sits at the longer end because the automations need building and testing properly before anyone relies on them.
What do you need from me?
About an hour up front, your service list and pricing, whatever photos you have, and access to your domain and Google Business Profile. I write the copy and you approve it. If your photos aren't good, I'll tell you exactly what to shoot on your phone.
Do I actually own it?
Yes. Domain in your name, site is yours, CRM account is yours. If we stop working together you keep all of it. I'm not interested in holding a business hostage over a login.
What's the monthly care plan actually for?
$47/mo on Essentials, $147/mo on the Growth System. Hosting, software updates, security, backups, and small content changes when your prices shift. On Growth it also covers the CRM licence and keeping every automation running. An agency running this same stack charges $297–$797 a month.
Do you run ads?
Yes, but not as part of the build and not for everyone. It's a separate month-to-month arrangement called the Ad Partner Plan: $997/mo to manage your campaigns, or $1,997/mo if I write, shoot and edit the creative as well. Plus $750 setup and a $1,500/mo minimum ad spend on your own card.
Do you only work with detailers and car lots?
No. Those are where I've gone deepest so that's where I move fastest, but the leak is identical everywhere: salons, med spas, dentists, HVAC, plumbers, gyms, photographers, contractors, law offices. If somebody has to contact you and wait for an answer, this fits.
What if I'm outside Las Vegas?
Vegas is home and I'd rather meet you in person. But the work is remote-friendly and I've built for clients well outside the valley. Just say so on the call.
